Faulty Goods:

If you receive any faulty or damaged items from BessieMae, please notify us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds:

BessieMae has a no refund policy on products that are not clothing. For your safety and the safety of others we can not re- use lashes or skincare products that have been already mailed and released from BessieMae.

USA Shipping:

Orders will be shipped out every Thursday with delivery in 3 - 5 working days.

International Shipping:

Shipping may take longer than usual.
